Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, focusing on functional aspects. This role requires a deep understanding of business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.
  • Deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on functional aspects.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
