About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation solutions.
  • Develop and manage compensation plans, quotas, credit rules, and paysheet processing.
  • Analyze business requirements and configure solutions in Fusion IC.
  • Resolve technical issues, provide enhancement support, and deliver end-user training.
Requirements

Candidates must possess at least one year of experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module. Availability to start within 30 days is required. This role is open to full-time employees or contractors who can work independently with minimal supervision.
