Job Overview

As a Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and enhancing Oracle Cloud Compensation applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements and related business process analysis configuration validation system integration and deployment.
  • End to end implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plans for 100 countries.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to modify fast formulas or SQLs based on country specific requirements.
  • Resolving issues identified during CRPs and UATs.
  • Working closely with data teams to ensure accurate employee data is loaded in the correct UDTs or External tables.
  • Providing support on WFA related issues.
  • Analyzing and resolving compensation-related queries from employees and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Compensation features and functionality.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
