Oracle HCM Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM specialist to lead or participate in the implementation of our payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Payroll and a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Payroll, Fast Formulas, and end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions that meet client-specific needs.
  • Configure payroll module and tailor solutions to align with client requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless Payroll operations and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll.
  • Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
  • Analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
