Seeking Experienced HCM Professional

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an HCM Consultant. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Functional Consulting, specifically in Benefits, Compensation, Time and Absence modules.

This role involves collaborating with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements, implementing new Workday modules and features, monitoring system performance, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and standards.

  • Configure and maintain the Workday HCM system
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements
  • Implement new Workday modules and features
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and standards
  • Provide end-user support and training
  • Develop and maintain system documentation
  • Perform regular system audits and updates
Responsibilities and Skills:

The selected candidate should possess excellent communication skills and experience working with Workday HCM, system configuration, HR processes, implementation, troubleshooting, user support, documentation, and audit and compliance.

Additionally, the candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes and be able to provide expert advice on HCM system implementation and maintenance.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in HCM or related field
  • Expertise in Workday Functional Consulting
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
