**Role and Responsibilities**:
As an SAP ABAP Consultant with SAP SuccessFactors experience, you will be responsible for:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in ABAP HR and 2+ years in SAP SuccessFactors/HCM data migration projects
Demonstrating experience as an SAP Data Migration Consultant in at least 2 SAP implementation projects
Knowledge and experience of Data Migration in Employee Central PM/GM Compensation etc.
Understanding of SAP IT Architecture and design
Understanding functional specs and writing technical specs
Developing ETL programs and data quality processes using SAP BDC programs and LSMW's
Executing conversion programs for each mock cycle dress rehearsal and cutover as part of the SAP implementation project
Proficiency in SQL coding
Strong verbal and written communication skills
**To be considered for this role, you should have**:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in ABAP HR
2+ years of SAP SuccessFactors/HCM data migration project experience
Experience as an SAP Data Migration Consultant in at least 2 SAP implementation projects
Knowledge and experience of Data Migration in Employee Central PM/GM Compensation etc.
Understanding of SAP IT Architecture and design
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivation and the ability to plan and manage work independently
