SAP ABAP Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Technical Lead to lead our technical projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of business solutions in collaboration with our development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of SAP ABAP applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and implementation guides
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Maintain and enhance existing SAP ABAP codebase, ensuring it remains stable, efficient, and aligned with best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in SAP ABAP, with a strong understanding of its architecture, configuration, and custom development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts
  • Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools, with a strong understanding of iterative development and continuous delivery
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
