Highly Experienced Workday Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Workday solutions consultant to join our offshore team and play a critical role in implementing and configuring Workday solutions. This role is a great foundation for growth in Product Management, functional consulting, and/or business operations.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand complex business processes, translate them into effective Workday configurations, and communicate seamlessly with stakeholders.
- Partner with business stakeholders and Product Management to comprehend requirements, processes, and business needs.
- Translate business requirements into Workday configurations, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Configure and maintain Workday modules as per business requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
- Ensure timely delivery of Workday configurations and support change management activities.
- Act as an anchor resource for the offshore team and provide leadership in establishing processes, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize solutions, and provide ongoing support.
Key qualifications include:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
