Job Title: Workday Expense Specialist

Role Overview:

A highly skilled Workday Expense Analyst is required to provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency through the effective use of Workday functionality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level functional guidance for day-to-day support and development, including business process configuration, integrations, data transmission (EIB), testing, and troubleshooting in the Expense Module.
  • Contribute to ensuring accurate data and seamless enhancements of new Workday features and functionalities.
  • Lead finance-related workstreams to design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions leveraging Workday capabilities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for data gathering, testing, and communication with key stakeholders and internal Business Systems teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with Workday Expenses, with a strong proficiency in using Workday HCM.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).
  • Proven Workday functional expertise in the Expense module, including awareness of what Workday can and cannot do, familiarity with delivered functionality and reports, and experience performing straightforward administrative tasks in Workday.
