Job Title: HCM Fusion Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our HCM Fusion initiative. The successful candidate will possess 8+ years of extensive domain knowledge in HCM covering the entire hire to retire cycle and a proven track record of delivering comprehensive end-to-end HCM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee HCM implementations from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement business processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex functional issues/problems.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting growth and development.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in HCM implementation and management.
  • Expert working experience in Core HR & ORC Modules.
  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and data flow.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills, and organizational awareness and sensitivity.
  • Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills.
  • Candidate should be open for domestic or international travel for short as well as long duration.
