Job Title: Oracle HCM EBS Consultant

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Oracle EBS HCM Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 HCM modules, with at least 3-5 years of functional experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll; exposure to Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment is a plus.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Prepare functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.

Requirements:

  • Must be an Immediate Joiner.
  • Must hold a valid Indian passport.
  • Willingness to travel onsite to the Middle East is mandatory.
