Job Description

A key member of our technical team is required to deliver high-quality solutions related to the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems.

This role involves developing HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems. It also requires developing Reports using BI Publisher and performing data conversion using HDL.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with at least two HCM modules including Core HR
  • Understanding of Redwood framework and Journey configuration
  • Experience in developing Page personalizations and customizations using VBS
  • Ability to migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS
  • Development skills in REST APIs and experience in OIC and VB development are desirable
