
Senior Commercial Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic commercial professional to lead our commercial strategy initiatives in Mumbai. As the Senior Commercial Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Operations:
- Oversee end-to-end commercial operations in Mumbai, focusing on revenue cycle optimization.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes.
- Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the Mumbai office.
- Monitor and track budgets, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of HFM reports.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS for management decision-making.
- Coordinate with auditors (internal & statutory) and ensure smooth audit closures.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements and internal controls.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and group stakeholders for finance-related matters.
- Provide financial insights and commercial support to leadership for strategic decisions.
- Handle any additional assignments or special projects as directed by senior management.
