The Senior Recruitment Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the recruitment team, ensuring seamless hiring processes and effective strategies to meet business objectives.
This position involves designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative recruitment methods to cater to organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and develop comprehensive hiring plans aligned with agreed profiles, compensation packages, and timelines.
- Optimize backend hiring processes and tools for efficiency and facilitate smooth candidate onboarding to meet both business as usual (BAU) and seasonal demands.
- Maintain accurate data capture and reporting from a recruitment perspective by effectively managing stakeholders.
- Plan and execute location-specific hiring strategies, ensure adequate staffing with required tools and recruitment compliance to achieve desired staffing outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a capable and motivated back-end recruitment team to deliver organizational goals.
- Evaluate, streamline, and execute hiring processes to ensure efficient and robust candidate processing.
- Focus on automation to minimize manual interventions and achieve a faster/flawless end-to-end hiring/selection process.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experiences as a mandatory outcome.
- Accurately process data in a timely manner to support vendor contributions and payouts.
- Process data timely to support Employee Referral and/or any other payout to employees.
- Process data timely to support other recruitment vertical leads to review and manage teams' performance and deliverables.
- Process data timely to ensure candidate movement from recruitment to onboarding to training etc.
- Maintain accurate data maintenance and reporting to support organization's internal/external audit requirements.
- Owns all dashboards and reporting pertaining to recruitment. Reduce manual intervention and facilitates automation of reports.
- Provide hiring analytics and other insights to shape up recruitment sourcing/delivery strategies.
- Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training. Keeps abreast with labor-related laws and minimum wage requirements for respective sites.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
