Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned recruiter to join our team and expand our talent pool for IT roles in the US. As an expert in sourcing top-tier talent, you will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process, working closely with Recruiting leads and hiring managers, and utilizing niche platforms to source potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
  • Work closely with Recruiting leads and hiring managers to identify and procure talented professionals for various IT requirements.
  • Utilize niche platforms related to IT to source potential candidates and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of vendors and a database of qualified candidates to support the growth of our business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient delivery of services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the US job market, including knowledge of benefits, compensation, visa processes, and related work laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Experience in recruiting H1b, US Citizens, Green Card holders, and other visa holders.
  • Familiarity with different US work Visas like H1B, L2, EAD, TN, GC etc.
  • Knowledgeable about different US Tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
