Job Summary
The ATM Franchise Business Development Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential franchisees. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchisees.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Organize regular communication and training sessions to keep franchisees updated and motivated.
- Monitor the performance of franchisees and track key metrics such as sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and recruit qualified franchisees who meet our business standards and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract potential franchisees.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or franchise sales.
- Strong understanding of the ATM industry and its regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Compensation and Benefits
- An estimated annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
