Senior Trade Marketing Executive

Attract high-achievers seeking opportunities in our team to spearhead strategic trade marketing campaigns across the country. Your mission will be to drive brand visibility, conversion, and sell-out through retail activations, creating an impactful presence in-store. Trade Marketing Manager possesses expertise in managing POSM lifecycle from design to deployment, vendor onboarding, and audit ensuring OTIF deployments. In addition to deploying visual toolkits, demo assets, and training inputs, you must leverage data insights to optimize trade budgets and negotiate with vendors for ROI improvement.
This role involves owning MARS Cosmetics' in-store presence by executing trade marketing calendars, planning and executing annual POSM activations that include gondolas, fixtures, testers, planograms, promos, and seasonal launches. The goal is to maintain a strong network of suppliers for fixtures, printing, and OOH media while working closely with Sales teams to partner on store activation plans, openings, and monthly priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 4–8 years of experience in trade/shopper/VM for beauty/FMCG/consumer durables
- Multichannel exposure including General Trade, Modern Trade, and Key Accounts
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Fluency in English and Hindi with willingness to travel up to 40%
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Design certification a plus
