Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Trade Marketing Manager to join our team.

About the Role

  • This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive individual to drive in-store visibility, channel activations, and retail engagement strategies for Dreame's presence in India.

Main Responsibilities

  • Trade & Channel Marketing:
    • Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
    • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and consumer engagement programs.
    • Drive channel-specific marketing initiatives across modern trade and general trade platforms.
    • Optimize product visibility through strategic merchandising, POS materials, and retail displays.
  • Retail & Partner Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and sales teams to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
    • Develop sales enablement tools and training programs to equip partners with key product knowledge and selling techniques.
    • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Budget & Performance Management:
    • Manage the trade marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
    • Track and analyse ROI on trade marketing activities using market insights and sales data.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure alignment of trade marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or channel marketing is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and ROI tracking are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools is necessary.
