About the Role:

We're looking for a go-getter who knows how to make a brand stand tall where it matters most — at the point of sale. As a Trade Marketing Executive, you'll drive visibility, availability, and love for the brand across key markets and channels. From retail shelves to bar counters — if it's got beer, you're making sure we own the space.

What You'll Do:

Plan and execute on-ground visibility campaigns and trade activations across general trade, modern trade, and HoReCa.

Partner with sales teams to drive outlet-level growth and strengthen retailer relationships.

Roll out seasonal and occasion-based trade programs to boost offtake.

Ensure impactful placement of POSM and branded assets — from chillers to coasters.

Track competitor activity and market pulse to stay one pour ahead.

Measure effectiveness of trade initiatives with data-backed reporting.

Manage vendor coordination for timely execution of activations and branding.

What We're Looking For:

2–4 years in trade marketing, sales, or brand execution — preferably in beer, alcobev, or FMCG.

Someone who understands the retail and on-trade landscape like the back of a pint glass.

A mix of creative thinking + hustle + strong execution.

Great with people — whether it's a bar owner or a distributor.

Comfortable with market travel and late-evening visits if needed.

Bonus Points:

Experience in launching visibility drives or bar promotions.

Knack for reading consumer behavior in retail & on-trade environments.

Passion for the beer space and the culture around it.
