Key Responsibilities:

  1. Trade Marketing Strategy:

 Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

 Support category-wise growth by tailoring marketing activities for specific product

segments.

  1. Campaigns & Activations:

 Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL campaigns including:

o Events

o In-store promotions

o Product sampling

o Visibility drives

o Direct marketing initiatives

 Manage the event calendar and ensure timely execution of all activities.

  1. Agency Management:

 Liaise with existing agencies and onboard new partners for:

o Events & activations

o POSM printing

o Retail branding

 Ensure timely delivery and quality of work from all vendors.

  1. Market Intelligence:

 Capture, analyze, and utilize market intelligence to:

o Monitor competitor activities

o Identify market trends

o Develop unique schemes and customer engagement strategies

  1. Brand Visibility & Retail Execution:

 Drive and ensure implementation of brand visibility campaigns across retail outlets and

Out-of-Home (OOH) media.

 Monitor placement and maintenance of signages as per brand guidelines.

  1. Coordination & Collaboration:

 Maintain close coordination with sales, marketing, design, and other internal

departments.

 Ensure smooth execution of marketing plans across all touchpoints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
