As we expand our presence in India, we are looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to drive in-store visibility, channel activations, and retail engagement strategies.

Job Summary:

The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and strengthen relationships with offline retail partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and execution capabilities to optimize Dreame's retail presence across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade & Channel Marketing:

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and consumer engagement programs.
  • Drive channel-specific marketing initiatives across modern trade and general trade platforms.
  • Optimize product visibility through strategic merchandising, POS materials, and retail displays.

Retail & Partner Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and sales teams to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
  • Develop sales enablement tools and training programs to equip partners with key product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.

Budget & Performance Management:

  • Manage the trade marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track and analyse ROI on trade marketing activities using market insights and sales data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure alignment of trade marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or channel marketing, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or Mobile Industry.
  • Strong experience in in-store activations, retail merchandising, and POS strategy.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute retail marketing plans with a strong understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and ROI tracking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
