Primary Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • We need someone who can provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all parents are aptly welcomed and comfortably seated.
  • Effective communication is key in this role. You will be required to address and resolve parent enquiries across various mediums, including in-person, over the phone, email, and our company website.
  • You will also be responsible for escalating unresolved grievances to our senior management team for prompt resolution, ensuring a positive outcome for our parents.
  • Another important aspect of this role is tracking parent queries through our CRM system, providing updates and keeping them engaged throughout the resolution process.
  • To succeed in this position, you must be able to generate delight among our parents by demonstrating high responsiveness and closing the loop on all issues.
  • In addition to this, you will be responsible for guiding parents on our school systems and processes, ensuring that they have access to updated information at all times.
  • Maintaining an ambient and welcoming environment in our front office area is also crucial, requiring collaboration with our administrative team.
  • Finally, you will facilitate the dissemination of information regarding a child's life cycle in our school, as well as post-school activities and summer camps.
