We are seeking a skilled professional to manage reservations for a leading short-term vacation rental company based in the US. This is a remote position based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient management of reservations.

This role involves processing refund requests and resolving billing discrepancies in line with company policies.

  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software, and excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹4,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 per year, based on the candidate's communication skills.
