Job Summary

Our organization seeks a proactive and results-driven professional to promote godown/warehouse rental services through integrated online and offline marketing strategies.

  • Promote godown/warehouse rental services through digital marketing campaigns, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads for manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, and other relevant industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, brokers, agents, and channel partners.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for site visits and client presentations.
  • Create and manage listings on property portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, IndiaMART, etc.).
  • Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
