Job Title: Revenue Analyst

This is a high-impact role that directly influences business growth and profitability. We are seeking a talented Revenue Analyst with proven experience in short-term vacation rentals to join our team full-time.

About the Role:

\

This position involves designing and managing data-driven pricing strategies using tools like KeyData, PriceLabs, and other dynamic pricing platforms.

\

The successful candidate will analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to adjust pricing and boost RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue.

\

In addition, the candidate will monitor market indicators and competitor performance to inform revenue decisions.

\

A key responsibility of this role is to develop performance dashboards and reports to support internal and client-facing analysis.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex visualizations and translate them into business actions.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage data-driven pricing strategies.\
  • Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics.\
  • Monitor market indicators and competitor performance.\
  • Develop performance dashboards and reports.\
  • Conduct property audits to identify revenue opportunities, improvement areas, and upsell potentials.\
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to enhance property performance and alignment.\
  • Present clear, data-backed recommendations to internal teams and homeowners.\
  • Leverage AI/ML tools and automation to streamline data workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.\
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc analysis and reporting projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

\
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.\
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.\
  • Mandatory experience with KeyData, PriceLabs, or equivalent dynamic pricing tools.\
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.\
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex visualizations and translate them into business actions.\
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.\
  • Familiarity with forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.\
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours and engaging with U.S.-based stakeholders.\
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\
  • Highly independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented in a remote work environment.
