ERP Implementation Specialist

At our organization, we are transitioning from a legacy ERP system to a new, integrated solution built within Zoho One.

This role requires technical capability and practical business process understanding. You will work closely with our team members to set up, configure, and optimize our new ERP environment in Zoho.

The scope of this project includes:

  • Configuring Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, AR/AP, inventory management, and customer management.
  • Migrating customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Developing custom modules, workflows, and automations as appropriate to fit our operations.
  • Integrating Zoho with third-party tools as necessary.
  • Testing, training, and supporting team members during rollout.

We are looking for an experienced candidate with:

  • Proven Zoho One implementation experience, especially Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Strong skills in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
  • A thorough understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • The ability to collaborate live with our team over Zoom.
