We are seeking a skilled Reporting & Data Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in UKG Pro or UKG Dimensions reporting tools, understands HR/Payroll data structures, and can collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver accurate and actionable insights.
The role will involve designing custom reports and analytics in UKG Pro/Dimensions using Cognos, BI tools, and native UKG reporting modules. You will build data packages and configure data feeds for integration with downstream systems, partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather reporting requirements, and ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and analytics in UKG Pro/Dimensions.
- Build data packages and configure data feeds for integration with downstream systems.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience building custom reports and packages in UKG Pro or UKG Dimensions.
* Proficiency with UKG Cognos Analytics, BI reporting, and data integration tools within the UKG ecosystem.
* Strong understanding of HRIS and payroll data models.
* Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations in UKG.
* Experience with SQL for data querying and transformation.
* Prior experience in manufacturing or large enterprise environments.
