Financial Reporting Specialist

This role involves accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and be able to analyze complex data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Prepare consolidated/standalone books of accounts and financial reports.
- Review and issue Consolidated and Standalone Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and Notes to accounts as per Indian accounting standards and Schedule III.
- Comply with SEBI LODR guidelines.
- Ensure accurate representation of financial data and timely error-free statutory financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely preparation of financial reports.
- Review and approve Related Party Transactions Schedule/reconciliation at period-end.
- Assist internal and external auditors with query resolution for issues related to consolidation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and regulations.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and discrepancies.
