Job Overview:

The Senior Reporting Analyst plays a pivotal role in crafting intricate reports and dashboards that inform strategic decision-making across the organization.

This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, perform data analysis, and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain operational and strategic reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support business objectives.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions and performance tracking.
  • Automate and optimize existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from finance, operations, marketing, and IT to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed by senior leadership.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality in all reporting outputs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Experience with data warehousing and reporting platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
