Senior Reporting Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of report development, from identifying business needs through requirements elicitation to designing and delivering robust performant fit-for-purpose reporting solutions.
Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, and other Business Intelligence platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Ensure reports are intuitive, accurate, and optimized for performance.
- Work with stakeholders to uncover true business needs, challenging assumptions when necessary to ensure reports deliver meaningful insights.
- Design fit-for-purpose solutions that align with user needs while adhering to enterprise data and reporting standards.
- Manage the operational aspects of reporting platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Implement monitoring and maintenance processes to proactively address issues.
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and trust in reports.
- Maintain documentation for design standards, report logic, rule, and metric definitions, data models, and operational processes.
- Explore and implement new Business Intelligence features, visualization techniques, and automation opportunities.
- Benchmark reporting practices against industry standards and propose improvements.
