Job Summary:

The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, perform data analysis, and ensure accurate, timely, and insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain operational and strategic reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support business objectives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions and performance tracking.
- Automate and optimize existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from finance, operations, marketing, and IT to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed by senior leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and quality in all reporting outputs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 4–6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Experience with data warehousing and reporting platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
