Job Overview:

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced specialist to lead our qualification and validation efforts, ensuring seamless report issuance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote data integrity by implementing quality rules throughout the qualification process.
  • Verify the accuracy of all data included in qualification reports against established quality standards.
  • Maintain adherence to overall defined quality standards.
  • Identify and manage stakeholders involved in the re-qualification process, assigning roles and responsibilities based on their expertise and involvement in qualification activities.
  • Support stakeholders with data integrity, quality rules, and their respective roles during the re-qualification process.

Your Background:

  • You have professional experience in data management for qualification, ideally within a quality systems environment.
  • Your skills include proficient problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, agility in complex environments, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Requirements:

  • Quality assurance experience, preferably with quality systems like Veeva, Kneat, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmacy, chemistry, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills are essential; fluency in French or additional languages is a plus.
