Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our talent acquisition team as an Assistant Manager. This role requires end-to-end ownership of hiring processes for mid-to-senior level positions, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver closures within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing on platforms, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Source Mix, Conversion Ratios) and present reports to leadership.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or start-up environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media, headhunting, and direct search.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
