Talent Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in human resources and be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates through job boards and screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, as well as assist in onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials.
- Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and the HRIS system, and assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to various HR projects as needed, while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interest in human resources.
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
