We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team.
======

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for handling RFQ data Management, coordinating with the Business Development and Sourcing teams for technical queries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Compile all RFQ received from the New Business Development Manager/KAM
  • Update the tracking sheet and folder of new RFQ
  • Keep track of new development, coordinate with customers, KAM, and CFT
  • Collect missing data from customers in new RFQ
  • Make 2D drawings out of 3D or from samples
  • Coordinate with KAM/NBD for pushing new RFQ conversions
  • Coordinate and chase customers for new product development challenges
  • Escalate timely to management any challenges associated with RFQ or new product development

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Good English communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ensure timely material delivery

  • Flexible to work after hours in case of urgency

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Please note that this is an estimated salary based on industry standards and location.
