Executive Assistant to Director Role in Mumbai

We are Arya HR Solutions, a leading talent acquisition and training consultancy based in Mumbai.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in their day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director.
  • Handling correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, directors, and senior managers.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹6-8 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
