About this role:

As a Global Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading teams and overseeing business operations. This includes finding solutions to disputes and disagreements between individuals or groups through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.

  • Conflict Resolution: Break down complex problems into manageable parts, identify potential solutions, and take action to resolve the issue.
  • Delegation: Assign tasks or responsibilities to others while maintaining accountability for the overall outcome.
  • Process Improvement: Drive improvements through data insights, implement automation where possible, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize business processes and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve product or service quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Workforce Management Coordination: Coordinate with the WFM team on attendance, leave, unplanned shrinkage, forecasting, and staffing requirements.
  • Coaching/Mentoring: Guide, support, and motivate individuals or teams to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Team Engagement: Organize team engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • More than 7 years of experience in BPO Operations Team handling, customer service, People management)
  • Strong people management (Team Handling) experience
  • More than 3 years of team handling experience
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Demonstrates analytical skills
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates written communication skills
  • Promotes information sharing
  • Excellent collaboration and team building skills
