We are seeking a skilled professional to support our global strategy as a Performance and Commercial Excellence Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on analyzing data to drive performance and make informed decisions.

The successful candidate will execute the global strategy for performance and commercial excellence within a specific market vertical or geographical region. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor operational frameworks:

• Develop and deploy strategic plans to enhance regional/vertical performance and compliance.
• Analyze data to validate accuracy and identify areas for improvement in metrics reporting.
• Collaborate with local leadership to implement corrective actions and track progress.

  • Perform analysis and implement operational interventions:

• Conduct thorough analysis of performance data to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop targeted strategies to address performance gaps, working closely with local stakeholders.

  • Support commercial performance and compliance:

• Conduct audits of customer contracts to ensure adherence to commercial terms and conditions.
• Assess risk related to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Highlight trends and concerns from performance reviews across accounts.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and report performance:

• Serve as primary point of contact for regional stakeholders on performance and commercial excellence initiatives.
• Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards for regional leadership.

Requirements
  • Experience in recruitment, operational excellence, business analysis, performance management, or a similar role within a global organization.

• Demonstrated expertise in KPIs and operational metrics
• Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends and propose solutions. Proficiency in data visualization tools is beneficial.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and their impact on business performance.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including operational, sales, finance, and technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and experience in supporting improvement initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
