Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

The business operations team plays a crucial role in the end-to-end servicing of accounts. We act as the documentation and billing team for brokers, enabling them with information to service accounts in a timely manner.

We are seeking a fresher to join our team as a GB P&B member. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key performance indicators (KPIs), developing a sound understanding of business processes, and ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.

  • KPI Management:
    • Deliver as per the KPIs defined for the role, maintaining set SLA accuracy/quality, TAT standards prescribed by the Business Unit.
    • Manage workload/volumes and delivery expectations as per business requirements.
  • Operations Management/Operational Effectiveness:
    • Participate in team huddles and contribute to the implementation of change initiatives.
    • Ensure any feedback found in the process is informed to the team Manager instantly.
  • Relationship management:
    • Establish ongoing, effective relationships with stakeholders (Internal/external).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferred Commerce or Insurance background.
Functional Competencies:
  • Analytical: Analytical skills refer to the ability to research, collect, interpret, analyze, and problem-solve information.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to achieve thoroughness, accuracy, and completeness when accomplishing tasks.
  • Communications Skills: Ability to comprehend, articulate, and respond effectively to information through verbal and written mediums.
  • MS Office: Knowledge level and understanding of Microsoft Office.
