- Maintain and update active certifications.
- Track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements.
- Manage help desk requests with clients.
- Coordinate escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver accurate reporting on Partner Center metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Facilitate co-sell motions, ensuring offer attachment.
- Identify opportunities for PAL or POR attribution.
- Capture and execute attribution requirements post-contracting.
- Ensure accurate attribution once requirements are met.
- Support QBRs and EBCs.
