Job Description

Sector Leaders at a renowned enterprise learning and technology firm drive business growth by acquiring new clients in the industry.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise accounts by promoting cutting-edge learning enablement platforms and CRM solutions across diverse sectors
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers such as Learning and Development Heads, Human Resources Heads, Sales Enablement Leaders, and Business Heads to establish mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and run consultative sales cycles to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client-specific goals
  • Design and present customized demos and proposals that cater to clients' unique business and learning objectives
  • Maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Meet and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets to ensure sustained business success
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling Learning and Development solutions and possess exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with HR, L&D, and Business stakeholders.
