Enterprise Logistics Solution Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated professionals passionate about logistics, supply chain management, and enterprise client engagement.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Lead strategic discussions and own the product's positioning in client engagements to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Analyze client pain points and develop tailored logistics and supply chain solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
  • Deliver compelling product demos, RFP responses, and solution presentations that showcase our expertise.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Use customer feedback to enhance our product offerings and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is key to success, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Establish thought leadership in logistics through consultative client conversations that drive business outcomes.

We're looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a technology solutions consultant for enterprise clients.
  • Strong background in solution design, sales, and delivery.
  • Prior experience in supply chain or logistics technology is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of AI-driven solutions is essential for driving innovation.
  • Graduate from a reputable institution.
  • Proven ability to handle complex product demos, RFPs, and cross-functional projects.
  • Territory management skills with a focus on pipeline development and growth.
  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
