Application Support Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing technical support for our enterprise software applications, ensuring seamless operation and resolving any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications, version 11 and higher.
  • Demonstrated expertise in webforms and reports development.
  • Experience with vulnerability remediation and working with vendors to secure security patches.
  • Expertise in creating complex Hyperion business rules and calculation scripts.
  • Experience with metadata extraction, loading, and updating.
  • Ability to build, maintain, and enhance Smartview ad-hoc reports.
  • Experience in creating and troubleshooting drill-through reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs.
  • Production system problem resolution and support skills.
  • Knowledge of Unix, Linux, Informatica, and/or OBIEE is a plus.
