Job Title:

Geospatial Data Support Specialist

Description:

This role requires an experienced professional to provide technical support for geospatial data management and usage. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, providing solutions to their technical issues, and addressing any concerns they may have.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with Esri software, specifically ArcGIS Enterprise, and be familiar with its various components, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.

Experience working with enterprise geodatabases, versioning, replication, and installation is also highly desirable.

As a Geospatial Data Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Esri Enterprise Managed Services team to manage user environments hosted on Esri's technology.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality technical support to customers through effective communication, problem solving, and analytical approach
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in handling geospatial data management and usage
  • Identifying, understanding, and articulating solutions to customer issues
  • Coordinating and delivering product trainings to customers over remote and onsite
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Excellent customer communication, management, and presentation skills
  • Establish trust and relationship with Esri users and act as a GIS SME for the customer
  • Experience with Esri software and strong problem-solving and analytics skills
  • Hands-on experience in working with enterprise geodatabases, versioning, replication, and installation
