Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales and order booking targets in the assigned region.
- Prepare and implement business plans monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Create and execute account plans for all customers and update on a quarterly basis.
- Develop new customers in the assigned region using a solution sales approach.
- Plan and forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for assigned regions.
- Increase in-house business shares in existing regions.
- Conduct technical meetings with customers and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Maintain and analyze region and industry-specific data as per business requirements.
- Prepare various MIS reports, presentations, and other documents as per business needs.
Requirements:
- Core knowledge of PLC, Servo, HMI, Vision, Safety, Sensors, and Components.
- Basic knowledge of Robotics.
- Good presentation skills and negotiation skills.
- Competent in handling product demos and technical queries.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication and presentation skills with an eye for behavioral skills.
- Sense of urgency, target-oriented, and willing to dedicate extra hours if needed.
