Job Title: Account Liaison

We are seeking an Account Liaison to foster and manage client relationships, address customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and facilitate communication between the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Address customer inquiries and deliver high-quality service
  • Catalyze effective communication between the company and its clients
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to support sales efforts and identify potential business opportunities
  • Pursue day-to-day tasks such as client engagement, financial document reviews, customer service follow-ups, and sales strategy coordination

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Business Relationship Management, relevant experience in Finance and Sales, excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, and a proven track record. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools is required.
