The HR and Payroll Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional operational support across the entire employee lifecycle.

As the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, this individual provides accurate, timely, and efficient administrative support to employees and managers alike.

This position is responsible for supporting a range of processes, including payroll, onboarding, data reporting, compliance, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and secure digital and physical files.
  • Manage critical documents such as contracts, personal information, performance reviews, and disciplinary records.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare comprehensive contracts and new hire paperwork, oversee seamless offboarding logistics, and manage effective onboarding with HR induction.
  • Payroll Processing Oversight: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring strict compliance with laws and regulations, serve as the go-to person for payroll, coordinate with external providers and internal teams, and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits, track absences, PTOs, and vacation days, ensure clean data integrity and system reliability.
  • General HR Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider HR team, facilitating smooth operations and enhancing overall efficiency.
