We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Revenue Cycle Operations Manager to lead the establishment, management, and growth of a new revenue cycle management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of 4+ experienced billers and coders.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures, workflows, and performance metrics from the ground up.
Revenue Cycle Management Services
  • Medical Billing & Coding: Ensure accurate and timely medical billing and coding processes.
  • Prior Authorizations: Manage prior authorizations to minimize denials and optimize revenue.
  • Payer Credentialing: Establish and maintain relationships with payers to ensure seamless credentialing and reimbursement.
  • US Healthcare Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage to prevent claim rejections.
  • Charge Entry & Payment Posting: Effectively manage charge entry and payment posting to minimize delays.
  • Denials Management: Analyze and resolve denied claims to optimize revenue recovery.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-ups: Conduct regular AR follow-ups to minimize outstanding balances.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and process efficiency.
Performance & Quality Control
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): AR days, First Pass Resolution Rate, and Denial %.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve revenue cycle efficiency.
Communication & Reporting
  • Provide regular reports and actionable management insights to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with US stakeholders for process updates and escalations.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of proven experience in US RCM, with 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong expertise in medical billing, medical coding, prior authorization, denial management, and insurance verification.
  • Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, and major practice management/electronic health record systems.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership presence and decision-making skills.
