Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in revenue cycle management, with a strong focus on strategy and innovation.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute cutting-edge strategies to enhance business performance.
  • Design and implement efficient accounts receivable processes to improve collections.
  • Utilize expertise in revenue cycle management and key performance indicators to optimize insurance collection.
  • Understand downstream revenue cycle operations, including payment posting, AR follow-up/denial management, and patient billing.
  • Recognize the complexities of various provider specialties.
  • Evaluate portfolio performance against client and company benchmarks.
  • Develop the leadership skills and business acumen of direct reports and team members.
  • Implement organizational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Demonstrate leadership experience managing 5-10 teams.
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Perform annual performance reviews and create weekly reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Manage employees effectively to achieve a win-win situation.
  • Foster strong customer service and employee retention capabilities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 14+ years of experience in end-to-end revenue cycle management with in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
  • Currently working as an Associate Director or have at least 2 years of experience as a Senior Manager.
  • Managed a team of 150+ employees.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including organizing and managing human resources to achieve goals.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
