Chief Financial Officer

As a visionary leader, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Financial Officer to drive strategic financial planning, investor relations, risk management, and operational efficiency while driving growth, profitability, and corporate governance.

This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with a proven track record in IT services companies, who can drive both organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including capital markets and IPO preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for IT services and group entities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support decision-making.
    • Develop and implement advanced analytics and automation solutions to achieve >10% improvement in forecast accuracy.
    • Provide real-time financial insights to support business-critical decisions in a dynamic services environment.
  • Capital Structure & Treasury Management:
    • Optimize capital allocation to support expansion projects, M&A, and digital transformation initiatives, minimizing financing costs while maintaining liquidity.
    • Secure cost-efficient financing options targeting a 15–20% reduction in financing costs.
    • Maintain >95% cash flow forecast accuracy through robust forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Risk Management, Governance & Compliance:
    • Implement robust internal controls and risk frameworks tailored to IT services contracts (credit, FX, interest rate), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure 100% compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and IT services-related statutory requirements, minimizing reputational risk.
    • Oversee legal, regulatory filings, and contract management with vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Excellence:
    • Standardize finance processes across payroll, billing cycles, AR/AP, and cost control, reducing manual errors and improving productivity.
    • Drive ERP-based automation (SAP/Oracle/Workday) to cut reporting cycles by 20%, enhancing decision-making speed.
    • Partner with IT operations for project profitability tracking and cost optimization.
  • Revenue Growth, Cost & Margin Management:
    • Increase group revenues by 12–15% YoY through strategic pricing and business support, driving growth and profitability.
    • Improve net profit margins by 15–20% through cost rationalization and margin optimization, increasing competitiveness.
    • Lead profitability reviews of IT services projects to identify new revenue streams.
  • Investor Relations & IPO Readiness:
    • Build and execute a strong investor relations strategy, enhancing visibility and credibility among investors.
    • Prepare the company for IPO readiness including governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks, ensuring regulatory alignment.
    • Engage with external advisors, bankers, and investors for capital market positioning, driving growth and fundraising opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Act as the financial voice of the company with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
    • Partner with delivery, sales, and procurement teams to ensure aligned financial and operational strategies, driving growth and profitability.
    • Mentor, lead, and scale high-performing finance, legal, and compliance teams across the group, developing future leaders.
